This page describes how In Progress handles copyright reports and formal notices. It is not legal advice.
Uploading music, stems, lyrics, artwork or project files does not transfer their copyright to In Progress. The platform license covers operating the service, as explained in the Terms. Public access is not permission to copy, license or train on someone else's work.
We will not use your music, audio, stems, lyrics, artwork, project files, messages or other personal data to train or fine-tune AI models. We do not grant third-party companies permission to use that material for AI training either.
Contribution credits, Community Points and community milestone records do not transfer rights in a song. Agreed song splits are separate from the proposed Community Ownership Program.

Use this form to submit information about allegedly infringing material. Include the work you own, the material you believe infringes it and its location, your contact details and electronic signature, as requested by the form. Submit accurate information; a recognition match alone does not establish infringement. In Progress reviews notices manually.
Audio from your upload may be processed by AudD to look for a matching commercial recording. A match can require confirmation of your rights or a review before sale; it is not an automatic takedown decision. This check does not authorize AI training. Our Privacy Policy describes provider processing and how reports are handled as data.
If you believe material was removed in error, contact the designated agent with your counter-notification details. Counter-notification procedures will be finalized with counsel before production use.
